I have been doing a little bit of shopping lately and some products are, as usual, fails and some have quickly become staples in my daily routine. 

What's in my Makeup Bag?

I'm sure most makeup lovers are familiar with this scenario: Your not-as-beauty-enthusiastic-friend, -coworker, -pal sees what you carry with you, cosmetics wise, and is stunned. "Why on earth would one woman need all those products and potions on a daily basis? Isn't that heavy? Uuuh, that's pretty. What's that?" Well, I have this conversation almost weekly. Now, even for those fellow obsessers, this might seem a bit much but I'd rather leave the house prepared than wish midday that I had brought my eyelash curlers. Also, let's be honest, ever since I got this gorgeous and spacious leather makeup bag from &other stories as a Christmas gift last year I simply cannot resist showing it off. 

Empties - The Skincare Edit

It seemed like the bloggersphere and YouTube had been hit with a new phenomenon last year: empties posts and videos. Of course it makes sense to review the things you actually finish up. Well, as a beauty lover it can be quite difficult to do so because you are constantly trying out new things. This is why I have saved all my "trash" from the last 10 months or so in order to give many products the chance to be used up. Finally I feel like I can give you my honest opinion about many great and also some disappointing things. The first part of this series will be focusing on a few skin scare products that I have finished up.
